These  Cannoli Bites bring back such fond memories of watching my mother-in-law making homemade cannoli’s.

When she made the full size cannoli’s she would sometimes wrap the pastry around a broom stick to get just the right size needed.  These would often be made for  wedding and baby showers, and boy did that group know how to cook and bake…I really miss those days.

But with that said,  these are just as good and will also make memories for the next generation, since this small version is just the right size, because people don’t seem to eat like we use to back in the day.  And besides, it leaves room to try some of the other goodies.

So manjia, and go make some memories!
