No Knead Rosemary Parmesan Skillet Bread


What’s better than home made bread fresh out of the oven ?  Well maybe chocolate !!   My favorite Sunday treat is  No Knead Rosemary Parmesan Skillet Bread. I’ll load it up with butter or jam, sit down and read a couple of newspapers for several hours, what a wonderful way  to start the day.    Enjoy !!


Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins Yields: One Loaf

2 1/4 teaspoons (1 package) instant yeast
2 cups lukewarm water
4 1/2 cups (574 grams) all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary, plus more for sprinkling
1 1/2 teaspoons fine salt
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
