Best part of preparing this, is that it’s all made in one pot. So once your dinner is over you can relax, since clean up will be a snap. Enjoy !

  • 1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 pound button mushrooms
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 slices prosciutto, sliced or torn into thin strips
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2½ cups Marsala wine
  • 12 oz pasta of your choice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Parsley, to garnish
