This Hearty Split Pea Soup is a nice twist on the original recipe, with the corned beef adding a pepper flavor, rather than the traditional smoky flavor.
Remember to cube the potatoes larger, since they cook faster than the chopped onions and celery. And as soon as the peas are tender voilà the soup is done !!!
Freeze in individual servings to take to work, just nuke and you have a nice warm hearty lunch to get you through the day.
