Wendy’s Copycat Chili

 

Okay chili lovers, here’s a recipe for Wendy’s Copycat Chili, and if you’ve had this signature dish, you know how rich and thick this spectacular beef chili is. This is an easy recipe to prep on those busy weekends when everyone is running off in different directions.

 

Prep time 5 min.   Cook time 25 min.  Total time 30 min.
Serves: 8 cups

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 package McCormick’s Chili Seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 15 oz. can Ranch Style Beans
  • 1 15 oz. can dark red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 15 oz. can RoTel Original (diced tomatoes & green chilies) **
  • 1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
