Spinach Parm Casserole


Spinach Parm Casserole is an easy and quick make, that may even turn the spinach haters into lovers.
To mix it up a little, add about 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese (and reduce the parmesan  cheese to 1/2 cup), just to give it a little more zip, and some chopped fresh mushrooms. That’s what’s so great about these quick and easy sides, just a little twist to the recipe and it seems like a whole new dish you can call your own…so experiment and enjoy.

  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
