Peaches & Cream Overnight French Toast

 

A beautiful, delicious Peaches & Cream Overnight French Toast.  Don’t you just love these make ahead dishes? Maybe it’s just me, I know it still takes the same amount of time, but when I only have to pop it in the oven the next day, it makes it extra special.  Great for a weekend brunch or just because.

 

Prep Time:  20 min.      Cook Time: 55 min.

Total Time:  1 hr. 15 min.

Peaches Cream Overnight French Toast 

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. loaf French bread, sliced into thick slices
  • 1.5 cups egg whites  (or 8 large eggs)
  • 2 cups skim or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 19-oz. bottles sliced peaches, no sugar added; drained
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup vanilla cool whip (optional)
