Beer Dip

 

 

What I like best about this Beer Dip is that it can be served hot or cold.  Never do I think to serve dip with pretzels rather than potato chips, it’s a pleasant change.  You can use scoops, crackers, or even bits of bread.  Served with an ice cold beer at any gatherings, you will surely be asked to make this dip again and again.  Enjoy !

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup beer or nonalcoholic beer
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pretzels
