Orange Push-UP Smoothies, reminds me of the creamy orange push-ups we use to buy from the ice cream truck, way back in the day. You can get about three smoothies from this recipe and if you are not going to drink them all at once, pop the leftovers into Popsicle molds, ice cube trays, or whatever container you choose for use later, then place in the freezer.

1 can orange juice concentrate, slightly thawed
1 cup milk (half and half, cream, nut milk, soy milk, vegan milk, etc.)
1/2 cup to 1 cup granulated sugar, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups ice, or to taste
Optional: 1 to 2 ounces of Rum, Malibu, Vodka, Citron, Marshmallow Vodka, Gran Marnier or similar, per smoothie portion, or to taste.
