Strawberries and Cream Smoothie are a refreshing milkshake type beverage easy to whip up in minutes, what a great way to start the day !
You can mix this recipe up a bit by simply adding other fruits (bananas, peaches, etc.) to the mixture before blending. Leftovers can be stored in bowls, cups or trays, then stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Yield: 1 smoothie, about 8 to 10 ounces

1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (big handful)
1/4 cup milk or cream (coconut milk cream, soy cream, etc.)
sweetener, to taste (sugar, stevia, agave, etc. )
Add rum (and a squirt of lime juice if you have it) for strawberry daiquiris, or Malibu, Citron, Gran Marnier.
