Mocha Brownie Cheesecake

 

A Mocha Brownie Cheesecake is made of my 2 favorite desserts, brownies and cheesecake.  This is a to die for recipe that everyone will absolutely love.  Don’t shy away from the 5 hour prep, 4 of those hours are for refrigeration.  This is a nice decadent dessert that’s sure to impress.  Enjoy !!!

Ingredients

Brownie Layer

  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) unsalted butter, cut into 8 tablespoons
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Green Mountain Coffee® Nantucket Blend, brewed and cooled to room temperature
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Cheesecake Layer
  • 24 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened (do not sub fat free)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Green Mountain Coffee® Nantucket Blend, brewed and cooled to room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Green Mountain Coffee® Nantucket Blend, brewed and cooled to room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting
