Antipasto Appetizer Squares

Antipasto means before the meal, however these Antipasto Appetizer Squares could actually be the meal.  The Italian cold cuts, along with roasted red peppers and melted cheese makes these a delicious, satisfying appetizer.  I prefer to serve these warm and any leftover I wrap up for a packed lunch.  I hope you enjoy these as much as my family does.
