This is truly the Easiest Crab Salad Recipe I have ever made. You can make it you’re own by adding shrimp or lobster or if the budget allows…both and real crabmeat, then serve it on a roll or with crackers. It’s what your next party menu needs. Enjoy !!
24 oz. imitation crab meat (1 1/2 lbs) 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped salt and pepper, to taste 2/3 c. mayonnaise (aka Hellmann’s for you on the East Coast)
