Mojito Fruit Salad

 

A Mojto Fruit Salad is just whats needed any and every day this summer.  Its a perfect combo of fresh fruits so refreshing, it’s sure to cool you down.  The powdered sugar and rum are a bonus that will leave you feeling relaxed and full.  Enjoy !!!

 

 

This is the grown up version of fruit salad !!!!!

To make it family friendly just omit the Rum and increase the lime juice to a total of 4 tablespoons.

  • 8 cups fruit (watermelon canteloupe, honeydew, grapes, blueberries)
  • 5-6 leaves mint chopped
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2-4 tablespoons rum
