Plum Glazed Grilled Chicken Thighs

 

Every barbecue needs these Plum Glazed Grilled Chicken Thighs.  They are moist and delicious and will go with any foods you have at your cook-out.  If you want to barbecue these and eat in, you’ll have dinner on your table in 30 minutes, just add a couple of side dishes and enjoy.

  • 1/2 cup Chinese rice wine or dry sherry wine
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup plum sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
