- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 2 medium potatoes peeled and diced
- 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup **
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 1 egg for egg wash
** For creamier filling, use 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
