Sesame Chicken Egg Rolls with Hoisin Sweet and Sour Sauce



Looking for a quick and delicious appetizer ?  Look no further than these Sesame Chicken Egg Rolls with Hoisin Sweet and Sour Sauce, to serve at your next gathering or “just because”.  The egg rolls filled with a tasty crispy filling and a crispy crunchy texture on the outside are just right.  You just might need a double batch (or two) of these puppies, they are just that good.

Sesame Chicken Egg Rolls:

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1   12 oz. pkg. stir fry vegetables (snow peas, carrots, broccoli, bean sprouts)
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored and sliced
  • 1 pkg. McCormick Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry Skillet Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha Red chili hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 quart Vegetable oil

Hoisin Sweet and Sour Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
