4 large tomatoes (1 1/2 lbs), sliced into halves
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, finely minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 oz Asiago cheese, finely shredded (1/3 cup)
1 oz parmesan cheese, finely shredded
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (dry packet or fresh seasonings)
