Sauteed Garlic And Parmesan Mushrooms are another easy peazy side dish that you could actually make several times a week for your family, with no complaints at all.  I personally like to serve this with a beef recipe, but to each, their own.  Of course you know, if needed, double or triple the recipe to fit you’re family’s needs.  Enjoy !!!

  • 10 oz white mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish
