I personally like to serve this with a beef recipe, but to each, their own. Of course you know, if needed, double or triple the recipe to fit you’re family’s needs. Enjoy !!!

  • 10 oz white mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ΒΌ cup Parmesan, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
