Apple Pie Pancake Bowls

While “pancake bowls” are appearing everywhere with limitless fillings, these Apple Pie Pancake Bowls have a nice added twist using a German pancake batter. If you’re not familiar with German pancakes you’ll find they have a more “eggy” taste than your regular pancakes.

But wait, there’s more…they make a puffy bowl when baked in a cupcake pan, just right for the oodles of those cinnamon sprinkled apples to  be cradled in… I can just smell the cinnamon apple aroma filling the air as they bake…good grief , how much longer before they’re done???
